Khalil Ahmad received his two masters degrees in law from the University of San Diego School of Law. His first LL.M was in Comparitive Law and the second LL.M was in International Law. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1987. He has held senior management positions and participated in international conferences and seminars, including negotiations for bilateral and multilateral agreements. He has been interviewed by local and foreign media, including NBC, on various issues. |
